About
Read, not counted.
Helix exists because your health data is spread across five apps, and none of them reads it against you.
Why Helix exists
Most health apps count. They tell you your HRV was 50, that you slept six hours, that you ate 615 calories, and leave the meaning to you. Each number lives in a different app, and none of them knows what the others saw.
Helix reads instead of counting. Every number is measured against your own normal, and every part of your day is read with the others: sleep with training, training with food, all of it with how you feel. Then it gives you one clear read each morning.
What we believe
- Your normal, not an average. A number only means something against your own baseline.
- Show the working. Every score lists what it stands on, and says when a signal is missing.
- People keep you going. Training is easier to keep up when your group can see you showed up.
- Your body, your data. Health data is read on your iPhone. Nothing is shared unless you choose to share it.
- Not a doctor. Helix helps you train and recover. It does not diagnose, and it says so.
Who makes it
Helix is made in the United Kingdom by Isam Yahya Naqib, trading as Helix. [CONFIRM: ONE LINE ABOUT THE TEAM, OR DELETE THIS SENTENCE]
